Property Overview

Pasatiempo del Sur is a beautiful half-acre villa oasis right across the street from the beach. All of our rental homes are modern, fully furnished units with all utilities provided. Additionally, our guests have access to a swimming pool, an outdoor BBQ pit, a communal laundry room, and a palapa complete with hammocks and an outdoor dining area. It is a safe and secure gated compound with exterior lighting and surveillance cameras outside, as well as two watch dogs inside. Twice per week, Fernando’s food truck stops by to supply our guests with fresh, locally-sourced fruit, vegetables, eggs, cheese, peanut butter, and more. For anything else you may require, the peaceful beach town of Puerto Cayo is an easy walk or taxi ride away. There, downtown or all along the boardwalk, you can find fresh-caught seafood, baked goods, and a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars.
